Job Description:
Hospital looking for a Director of Budget and Decision Support.
Position works closely with the Vice President of Finance, other members of Senior Management, and Department Managers on financial reporting, specialized analysis, and budgetary planning for the organization. Position reports directly to the Vice President of Finance.
Job Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance and a minimum of five years of accounting managerial experience with three years in hospital/practice finance.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections. Knowledge of short and long-term budgeting and forecasting.
Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
Proficient in spreadsheet applications.
Bottom Line Requirements:
